Monica Fouad is an Ontario-licensed lawyer practicing across all aspects of Canadian immigration and refugee law. Navigating these matters can be deeply personal, and Monica helps clients move forward with clarity, compassion, and confidence. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, after completing a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) at York University.

She guides clients through complex processes with transparent communication, thoughtful strategy, and a steadfast commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes. Her focus is on delivering personable, results-driven service that aligns with each client’s goals.

Beyond her practice, Monica contributes to the community through volunteer work with newcomer-serving organizations. She has served as an adjudicator at Matthew House, preparing refugee claimants for hearings, and has supported private sponsors through the Refugee Sponsorship Support Program.
